You all have had them those days that start off good but then go to hell in a hand basket, I booked a lady today travelling with herself and four teenager on a flight from Toronto to Vancouver, of course she would prefer business class, 20338.85 dollars later off she goes. Seriously...seriously...there are children starving right here in our country, there are people so far down on their luck they can hardly make ends meet, and this "person" pays 20 thousand dollars plus for a flight so she can have a softer seat for her greedy ass to sit in.
During the conversation I was told one of the flyers was her daugthers boyfriend, she didn't like him and her daughter would probably dump him within the month but hey if it makes her daughter happy it is worth it". Tell me I misheard her, tell me that she did not just spend well over four thouscand dollars so her little bratty bitch of a daughter could have her boy toy along for the plane ride. Nice parenting, I always thought giving into everything they wanted was always the best way to raise a caring and giving, productive members of our world.
All I can say is I was baffled at peoples own self important attitude to be that extravegant when we as a planet are in such need of just some common sense.
